Physically damaged items due to shipping are an issue between the customer and Canada Post, the shipper. Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. If there is any physical damage to the packaging, please contact Canada Post immediately. Call Customer Service at 1-800-267-1177.  
The packages are insured, and if the products are damaged in transit, we will immediately replace them.
